Want to let go of how you’re “Supposed” to feel
about birth?

We can focus on deep, courageous, personal preparation instead.

HI, I’M AMELIA
AND THAT’S MY FIRST KIDDO IN THERE↘️

Looking back, I’m tempted to caption this photo
“Wow she had NO IDEA what was coming”—and I know now that nobody has to head into their birth experience (the first one, and beyond) with so much “knowledge” and so little wisdom.
By wisdom I mean: we can replace magical thinking and platitudes about giving birth with deep self awareness and smart support.
I want that for you. For all of us.
That’s how my new coaching program Uncharted was born—so HBD to my newest bundle of joy, I suppose, which is this program. 🎉 We’d love to have you.

HERE’S THE DEAL:
UNCHARTED IS
A SELF-KNOWLEDGE DEEP DIVE
because preparing for birth is a lot
more
than simply learning about labor

YOU CAN CROSS THIS THRESHOLD
WITH CURIOSITY, COURAGE, AND COMMUNITY.
I FIRMLY BELIEVE THAT “IT TAKES A VILLAGE”
IS NOT JUST FOR OUR BABIES—IT’S FOR US, TOO.

Where I’m coming from:

⚓️ I believe in every pregnant person’s right to make their own birth (and pregnancy) choices. I want every pregnant person to know that there is no wrong way to birth a baby, and that all birth is “natural”. I believe that birth is a phenomenon that parents and babies do collaboratively, and none of us get to control it. I've seen the idea that we can control it manifest as shame, self-blame, and other icky ways of treating ourselves more times that I can count. Simply put: I want better for all of us.
🔥 I believe in the initiatory power of birth. I believe—however it goes down—that giving birth is transformative. It is not just babies being born in these moments; we are being born as parents, too. And not just the first time—every time.
